Investment relationships

Box Ventures is the venture arm affiliated with Boxmining. Projects shown in the portfolio are drawn from supplied internal deal-flow records or direct confirmation from Michael Gu and may involve token, equity, warrant, SAFT, OTC, advisory, or other relationships. The public site does not disclose cheque size, ownership, token allocation, vesting terms, private communications, or wallet information.

Inclusion does not mean Box Ventures currently holds the asset, has governance control, or endorses every later action by the project.

Personal holdings

Michael Gu holds significant personal positions in Bitcoin and Ether. Those personal holdings are separate from Box Ventures investments and are not included in the portfolio unless a profile says so explicitly.

Box Ventures invested in Mantle/MNT. Michael's belief that Bybit will play a strong future role is ecosystem context, not a claim that Box Ventures invested in Bybit. References to a network, token, exchange or ecosystem do not by themselves indicate an investment.

Editorial separation

Box Ventures investment content is distinct from Boxmining's news, reviews and educational publishing. An investment must not guarantee coverage, favorable treatment, access to questions, or advance review of editorial content.

Where a Boxmining article covers a portfolio project, the appropriate conflict should be disclosed under the editorial policy in force at the time. This venture site does not override Boxmining's ethics statement.

Portfolio status methodology

“Active” means the project had a functioning public network, protocol or product when last reviewed against an official source. “Unconfirmed” means the investment record exists but current operating status needs direct confirmation.

These labels describe publicly observable operating status, not investment performance, current ownership, or an endorsement of every later action by the project.
